Window Handles

A comprehensive range of replacement handles

Replacement UPVC window handles are available in a few different configurations, and it is important that you choose the correct one for your needs.

Cockspur window handles: Mainly found on older UPVC windows. The spur is a small triangular element at the top of the handle which catches on a wedge (or striker plate) in the equivalent position on the frame.

Espag window handles: Also known as a spindle handle thanks to the spindle jutting out of the rear of the handle. These spindles come in various lengths and it is therefore important to measure the original unit to ensure that you are purchasing the correct replacement. Our how to section will give you more advice on how to measure a window handle.

Spade window handles: Most commonly found in offices and other business premises where increased usage is more likely; though they are sometimes found in residential settings as well.

Timber window handles: We also sell replacement handles and keeps for your wooden windows should you require them.

Tilt and turn window handles This style of handle is different again; with tilt and turn windows requiring a specific mechanism. Please visit our tilt and turn window handle page to see our full range.
